RESEARCH SERVICES & FEES:

Hourly research is billed at $150.00/hr. plus any direct expenses incurred in the course of research.

• Work is scheduled and billed in pre-arranged blocks of time agreed upon in advance.
• Expenses are billed at cost

Typical research expenses may include:

• Travel expenses (mileage, tolls, lodging, and meals when required).
• Admission or use fees for archives, libraries, and other research facilities.
• Copies of vital records and other government documents.
• Access to subscription genealogical and historical databases.
• Photocopies, imaging, certifications, and apostilles when required.
• Fees for hiring a local professional genealogist in another region of the United States or abroad, when necessary.

Each research project is unique. Estimated completion time will depend on the nature of the work, the availability and location of records, and the depth of analysis required

LECTURE SERVICES & FEES:

The Honorarium rates listed below reflect the services for a nationally known military historian and speaker.

• In-person lecture, within 50 miles of Churchtown, PA: $300.
• In-person lecture, more than 50 miles from Churchtown, PA: $450, plus all travel expenses.
• In-person full-day program (4 Lectures with Syllabi): $1800, plus all travel expenses.
• Webinar (live with syllabus): $350.
• Legacy Family Tree webinar recordings for meetings or conferences (with syllabus): $125.

• Updated, professionally prepared syllabus materials for attendees.
• Willing to develop new lectures upon request.
• Presenter’s own laptop and standard presentation equipment when feasible.
• For in-person events requiring travel beyond the local area, the host organization is responsible for travel, meals, and lodging expenses, to be arranged or reimbursed by prior agreement.
